Crossing Boundaries is presided by a 10-member Project Advisory Committee (PAC)(link: below) that meets annually to discuss the progress of the project and to get their inputs. The Committee is composed of renowned academics and practitioners from around the world.

The project is coordinated by the staff at South Asia Consortium for Interdisciplinary Water Resource Studies (SaciWATERs), a developmental organisation in Hyderabad that works in the sphere of education, networking and research.
